In order to enable the online sale of its products and the conclusion of the sales contract, MANDARIN ORIENTAL LUTETIA, PARIS will collect personal data essential to the registration, processing and follow-up of orders, such as, in particular: title, surname, first name, age, delivery address, billing address, e-mail address, telephone numbers (office, home, mobile), etc. of each customer.
The company responsible for data processing is L.Hôtel, SNC located at 43 boulevard Raspail, 75006 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under no. 451 324 867.
In order to purchase a product for the first time, the customer must fill out an order form with certain mandatory fields so that his or her product selection can be taken into account by LUTETIA PARIS. The customer may object to the processing of his/her personal data, it being specified, however, that in such a case LUTETIA PARIS will not be able to respond favorably to his/her order, the collection and processing of his/her data being indispensable for the purposes of carrying out the sale, collection and delivery.
The information communicated by the customer at the time of each order must be complete, exact and up to date. If this is not the case, LUTETIA PARIS will not be able to execute the orders.
The collection and processing of the customer's personal data is carried out in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.
The customer is informed that data concerning him/her may be communicated in whole or in part solely to employees and service providers (in particular subcontractors) of the Mandarin Oriental group involved in the execution of orders (in particular for payments and deliveries) and bound by confidentiality and security commitments and in compliance with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data. The customer's personal information will be kept for as long as necessary until the services of LUTETIA PARIS have been performed, unless the customer exercises their right to delete their data, or unless a longer retention period is authorized or imposed by law or regulation. During this period, we will take all appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, in order to prevent its damage, erasure, or access by unauthorized third parties.
Some of the recipients of your data are located outside the European Union, in the state, in Canada.
The following guarantee has been taken to ensure a sufficient level of protection of your information since Canada offers an adequate level of protection by decision of the European Commission for any commercial activity, it being specified that if this state of affairs were to change LUTETIA PARIS would ensure that the transfer is supervised, in accordance with the requirements of European Regulation n°2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016 (standard protection clauses adopted by the European Commission or the CNIL, binding business rules validated by the CNIL, code of conduct approved by the CNIL or certification issued by an approved certification body).
Apart from the cases set out above, we undertake not to sell, rent, transfer or give access to third parties to your data without your prior consent, unless we are obliged to do so for a legitimate reason (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of defense, etc.)."
In accordance with the regulations applicable to personal data, the customer has the following rights, which can be exercised by providing proof of identity (in order to verify its accuracy):
